Order Status

Order statuses send emails to the customer showing them what stage their order is in.

  • Awaiting payment
  • On hold
  • Processing
  • Completed

While the payment is processed, the product will show the Awaiting Payment status. Once received, the order will be put into processing.

Once you have shipped the product, it’s up to you to change the status to completed, and input the tracking number if applicable. Tracking numbers and status changes can be completed by clicking on any order from your vendor dashboard.
