Shopping on Refestwear is easy! Browse our marketplace and consignment items, add whatever you want to your cart and head to checkout.. Once you place your order, the seller (or our team for consignment items) will prepare and ship your item directly to you. You’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your new outfit’s journey!

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (and in your Refestwear account under “Orders”). Use that number on the Canada Post website or click the tracking link we send. The carrier pigeons we’ve been breeding haven’t got to the drop off item at the correct address stage yet.

We use Canada Post with auto-generated shipping labels for reliable delivery across Canada. Once your order is confirmed, the seller or our team (for consignment items) will get a prepaid label, package your item and ship it. You’ll get tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the seller’s shipping settings. We use real-time Canada Post rates based on package size and destination.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, first check with neighbors or building staff in case it was left nearby. Confirm the shipping address you entered was correct. If you still can’t locate it, contact the seller through Refestwear messaging. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, contact our support team — we’ll help you figure it out and make things right.

You can pay with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay if they’re set up on your device. Maybe one day we’ll add trinket trading, but for now credit cards.

You’ll be charged immediately when you place your order. This ensures your item is reserved and allows the seller to start packing it up ASAP. If there’s ever an issue fulfilling your order, let us know and we’ll get you all fixed up.
